What will you receive?

• Delivery will be made by email in high quality (300 dpi) in PDF, JPG, and PNG formats, allowing the client to forward the files to a supplier for application on various types of materials.

Turnaround time:

• Up to 5 business days after payment + submission of reference photos of the birthday child, shoes, and pose description.

Requests with a shorter deadline than stated are subject to evaluation and may incur an urgent service fee of up to 50% of the order value.
